Cosmic Breeze does not have a refundable policy Unless otherwise:
Products purchased directly from Cosmic Breeze website were incorrectly sent or are defective.
Given such, customers are to notify Cosmic Breeze within 14 days for incorrectly sent products, or 7 days for defective products, from the date of purchase. If an exchange is not feasible, Cosmic Breeze may issue (i) a credit for the amount of the exchanged products, which may be used to purchase other products.
